The owner of a South Vancouver German shepherd with a history of aggressive behaviour pleaded guilty to a trio of offences concerning her dog’s behaviour. She now has to pay $15,000 in fines!
Barrister, and animal rights lawyer Rebeka Breder came by the studios to talk about this.
