"In an interesting development, and I haven't seen this in litigation before - at least in animal related litigation. The government must have seen that we were on to something. Because, after we filed for judicial review - in the course of litigation - coincidentally the government changed its regulations to purportedly allow the killing of wolves by air and they also obtained the required federal permit to allow them to use firearms in aircraft to kill wolves."
